Had a wonderful experience at the day spa. My treatment was a 50 minute relaxation massage which couldn't have been more enjoyable. The staff were really lovely, the room was luxurious and the treatment was professional and you get a sense that the therapists really enjoy their work and pampering people. Thank you
My partner and I had the Arabian Steam Temple package and Roman Bath House and were absolutely blown away by this incredible experience. The fine attention to detail and atmosphere was absolutely stunning, we left the retreat feeling like royalty! We paid for an all day package which included massage, facial, 2 meals, 2 bathing sessions. We were there for 9 hours and it was money well spent. Everything was high quality and what we needed was the actual get away itself, away from everything which this definitely was. We paid alot for this but you need to look past just the services provided. The experience, settings and serenity is what came with this and that was the hidden gem about it. I highly recommend it.You want quality, be prepared to pay a little extra.
A facial experience to enjoy! The beautician was amazing and all the products used were gentle in my skin and left it feeling so rejuvenated. The added bonus of the scalp and shoulder massage just made the hold things complete. I shall definitely be back for another facial and would recommend it to anyone looking for some pampering.
We loved our experience here yesterday. We feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after our spa, massage and lunch package. It was all really well run and made so easy for us to just enjoy the experience. The food was absolutely 10/10 and we were so full afterwards. I have already recommended the same package to some friends.
My partner and I enjoyed a full day at the resort for his birthday. The private pool area, massage, and dining were exceptional. Thank you! The Cambodian lady in the dining service was particularly attentive, and my partner loved the surprise! Next time, we want to stay in the Bali room.
A small note: the massage was slightly below my expectations. I felt some stiffness in my neck after returning home, nothing serious, but I have had better massages in Turkey.
Perhaps the masseuses could be further trained.
Additionally, we would have liked to use the Roman bath and other wet areas indoors.

We loved our 2 night stay, the relaxation started as soon as we arrived in the Roman baths, massages and steam rooms. My hubby and I had a beautiful private room with a hot tub, everything was perfect for our stay. The meals were 10/10 all the staff were beautiful and the property and attention to detail is amazing. We were sad to leave and hope one day we can go back and do the same package again.
